Fire damage covers bathroom in soot

This Home was on fire for about 45 min, this area was only affected by soot. It did not have any structure damage. 

The soot was removed using chem sponges, SERVPRO chemicals and a large amount of hours and time put into it. 

A job like this has to be cleaned and sanitized and then in most cases the walls still need to be re painted. You can not paint over the Soot or the smell will not go away. Soot is very difficult to remove and dangerous to breath for long periods of time.
